Holly Hilder

Hi there! I’m Holly Hilder.

 

I completed my Bachelors in Communication and Media: Marketing Communications at the University of Canberra in 2021. Those three years gave me the opportunity to truly develop my knowledge of the marketing industry and hone my market related, communication and interpersonal skills. 

 

I am extremely passionate about all aspects of marketing, particularly the strategic element. I believe that the strategic development of campaigns is founded on thorough research and a deep understanding of the target audience. Project management and stakeholder engagement are vital parts of the industry and roles that I feel I personally excel in; with the soft skills needed to build lasting relationships and be a strong leader. Not only do I find the creation of campaigns from ideation to execution exceptionally interesting, but I also genuinely enjoy the process and find it fun.

 

I was always told from a young age that if you love your job, you never have to work a day in life. With that in mind I thought very hard about what I wanted to do for the rest of my life; and marketing is exactly that.
